Lots of NEW Palettes

Hey guys. So recently I got lots of new palettes and I decided to show you guys their beauty, do swatches and tell you my impression on them.
So the first palette is the one by Lorac. I have never seen this palette before so I think it is a limited edition one. I got it on hautlook because I am so crazy about Lorac eye shadow that I couldn't help myself. It was only $12 which I thought was a great deal. It is called "Get hot" and it is very springy and summery.

As soon as I've seen the beautiful peachy coral shade I fell in love with it. I needed this color in my collection. It is so gorgeous. The palette itself is very neutral and great for everyday use. It has matte white to highlight, matte light brown in the crease, Dark brown to deepen out the eye socket, bronze and coral shade to add on the lid. I think I don't have to explain that pigmentation is incredible and they blend like a dream. I love this little beauty so much and the packaging is very cute as well.

Another new little beauty in my collection is gorgeous Naked 2 basics palette. Oh my Gosh!! At first I was very sceptical about this palette because it only has matte shades and I normally like to use shimmery once on my lids, but this just blew my mind!! I love the colors, the pigmentation and the blendability. I do not understand the girls that say this palette sucks compared to the original basics.

Now the reason I picked basics 2 over the original is when I was looking at both in the store, I noticed the the original has 3 of the same cream shades. Now, I do not need so many, because I just don't see the need in them. Don't get me wrong, I do use light cream shades all the time but I feel like it was too much in that one little Naked basics palette, that is why I went with the 2nd one. It has more shades to put in the crease and I love it. Of course some day I will get the original one but for now I am enjoying Naked 2 basics.

Back to Lorac. I have been wanting the Unzipped palette for so long now and when I finally got it my happiness is infinite. How gorgeous the shades of this palette are!!! Stunning!! I love those cranberry shades especially for winter. I just can't!!! The pigmentation is amazing, they blend really easy. Such a great quality. I don't even have much to say about it, just that I love it!

And the last but not least is Naked 3 palette. I do not have the 2nd one just because I wasn't really that crazy about the colors in it but now I am, so some day I will have to get the Naked 2 too. I just love those rosy pink and purple shades in the Naked 3. Now, the pigmentation is a little disappointing. Some of the shimmery shades are not as easy to apply as you hope it would be, but I guess I can close my eyes on that because there is just nothing else like those colors.

It is definitely a must have for romantic individuals and for brides. The only other thing is- I hate the packaging. Maybe it's great for travelling because the case seems very sturdy and hard to open on it's own, but I just don't like it. Maybe I'll get used to it some day.

Thanks a lot for your time.

Cheeky Sweet Spot BOX O' BLUSHES by Beneift / Holiday Edition

Hey guys! Today I want to do a post about one of the most amazing holiday limited editions by Benefit and it is their blush palette Cheeky Sweet Spot.
I didnt really like the packaging because it is very bulky and takes a lot of space. It also looks very childish, but the container itself it very sturdy. It is made out of the same material as new Too Faced eyeshadow palettes.

There are six very famous blushes in this set as well as their cream highlighter and a very tiny brush. They are slightly less amount (5gr) than if you were getting it separately (8gr) but its a great deal according to the price. The palette itself is $36 when every single blush by itself is $29 so I grabbed it immediately when I saw it.  The bushes will last me forever and if I ran out of something I always can purchase it separately.
So the blushes that you get are hoola (bronzer), coralista, rockateur, dandelion, bella bamba, sugarbomb and watt's up cream highlighter.

1. Hoola.

2. Coralista.

3. Rockateur.

4. Dandelion.

5. Bella bamba.

6. Sugarbomb.

7. Watt's up.

8. Brush.

The blushes are perfumed so when you apply them you feel the smell which I thought was very nice. They are incredibly pigmented, soft, blend beautifully and last for a very long time. Coralista, bella bamba and sugarbomb have a slight satin finish which again I love and it looks so beautiful. Other three are matt- hoola , rockateur and dandelion. Sugarbomb reminds me of coralista but with less peach color in it and more sand. The highlighter is such a beautiful champagne color and will suit every skin type. I haven't tried the brush but it feels very soft and well made. You can put it in your makeup bag and have it with you on the go.
I say it is a great deal and if you like me have been dreaming about trying those blushes but didn't have the money to get it now is your chance!! They are amazing!

Rimmel London Kate Moss lipstick 06

Hey guys! I hope you all having a great Labor Day. Today I will talk to you about my recent purchase- lipstick from Kate Moss collection by Rimmel London.

I have been wanted to try these lipsticks for a while and finally got it. They have beautiful vibrant red, plum, pink colors that I thought are great for fall. So I wanted to see are they worth it or it's better to get M.A.C. lipsticks that will be great for sure.

I did not regret buying it. In fact, I definitely will get more shades when Ulta has deals on Rimmel.

Shortly about the lipstick: First of all, the packaging is very slim and pretty.  I love the color pay off. It is so bold and gorgeous. I got mine in the color 06. It is orangy pink color. The finish is satin but it can look like matte. The consistency is very creamy and it doesn't dry my lips out. The lipstick stays all day. Your lips will be stained a little bit when you remove it.

I used this lipstick in tutorial so definitely go to my YouTube channel and check it out. Thank you for being with me. xox

My collection of M.A.C. pigments (samples) with swatches!

Hey everyone!! Today I will talk to you about M.A.C. pigments. There are a ton out there so I thought I share with you the once that I have and do some swatches. I don't think there are a lot of videos about M.A.C. pigments. I have 22 pigments total and it's not even close to the half of what M.A.C. has. So lets start.

1. Acid Orange - beautiful orange pigment. Although I expected it to be very vibrant- it is not. I did use a base, when I was swatching it but I still love it. Originally I got it to do some accents in my eye makeup but it also will be great all over the lid for fun summer makeup. The powder of the pigment is finely milled. I would say it has satin to slight shimmery finish.

2. Teal- very vibrant turquoise color. Again, I have it to do some accents or use it as a liner. The texture is the same as Acid Orange. It has beautiful satin finish. I did a look using this pigment: http://tanyavguerrero.blogspot.com/2014/06/teal-obsession.html

3. Blue brown- is one of my favourite. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. It has a strong metallic finish. I would describe the color as iridescent brownish green. I did found a dupe for it.  Check out my post about it here : http://tanyavguerrero.blogspot.com/2014/06/wet-wild-vs-mac-dupes.html

4. Golden olive- beautiful yellowish green. The powder in it is slightly rougher but still not chunky. I love to use this pigment along with the shade Jade from my Lorac Pro 2 Palette. The finish of the pigment is more metallic than satin.

5. Cornflower - you would think it will be yellow, but no it is beautiful blue color. You will be able to use it all over the lid as well as just do some accents. It has more shimmery that satin finish.

6. Violet. Oh my! You know I love my purples. Couldn't pass on this one. It's milled just like blue brown, golden olive and cornflower, which is a slightly rougher powder. The finish is stunning metallic, so gorgeous. You can see it in action here: http://tanyavguerrero.blogspot.com/2014/06/evening-look-using-mac-pigments.html

7. Push the edge- another purple. The powder of this one is very finely milled. It is gorgeous dark purple with satin finish.

8. Deep purple- doesn't look like purple at all. Looks more like a brownish maroon, but still super pretty. The consistency is like blue brown and others. Satin finish.

9. Maroon- the powder is finely milled. Almost matte but more satin finish. And yes, it is a maroon color. Beautiful.

10. Heritage rouge- so pretty. The powder is just like blue browns. Satin to metallic finish. It does look alike with Maroon. I did a tutorial on my Youtube channel using this pigment.

11. Accent red- the consistency is again blue brown alike. It is pinkish maroon color and metallic finish. I love it!

12. Pinked mauve- again blue brown's consistency. Looks alike with accent red but this one is more pink and no brown at all. It is satin to shimmery finish.

13. Lovely lily- beautiful lavender color. It is satin. Nicely milled powder. Very pale. You need a good eye shadow base to make it pop.

14. Old gold. I love gold shades so much. It is very strong gold with brown undertone. Blue brown alike powder grinding. Metallic finish.

15. Gold- super stunning. Very much finely milled powder. True gold. Metallic finish.

16. Golden lemon- beautiful golden yellow. Has a chunkier grinding. It has shimmery to metallic finish.

17. Melon- again, chunkier grinding. Beautiful metallic every day light brown shade that will make your eyes pop. Looks stunning.

18. Copper sparkle- one of my favourite pigments. I did create a look using this and some other pigments : http://tanyavguerrero.blogspot.com/2014/06/evening-look-using-mac-pigments.html
It is chunky milled, looks almost like glitter, but it is not. Gorgeous metallic finish.

19. Tan- I just did a tutorial using it. It is so stunning. Check out my YouTube channel for that. It is milled like blue brown and has a beautiful light brown metallic finish.

20. Rose- very chunky but beautiful pigment. I have been wearing it in some of my videos. I will link them down here:
Gorgeous Rose color- perfect addition to Lorac Pro 2 Palette's Rose. Shimmery metallic shad.

21. Naked- great brow bone highlight shade. Nude beige color with satin to shimmery finish. Finely milled powder, just like acid orange's.

22. Vanilla- great brow bone color as well. It has shimmery finish, so preferably night time under brow highlight. Classic white. Has a blue brown alike grinding. See me using it here: http://tanyavguerrero.blogspot.com/2014/06/evening-look-using-mac-pigments.html

I purchased these pigments on the site The body needs minerals http://www.thebodyneeds2.com They all were farily innexpensive.I love pigments, just because I don't have to buy expensive palette for just one teal color. Definitely check this site out if you are interested. Thank you very much for checking out my blog. xoxo
